Job summary

Graybar Canada in Moncton, NB seeks a Branch Manager to lead a 20+ person sales team and act as the liaison between Head Office and the branch. You will drive sales, manage pricing, credit risk and inventory while ensuring safety and on-time project delivery.

The role requires five years of sales leadership, experience in distribution, strong budgeting skills, and bilingual English/French capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience or a business degree with experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading professional teams.
• Experience in the electrical distribution industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and cloud-based reporting.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret budgets and financial statements.
• Strong delegation and feedback skills.
• Willingness to travel and present to clients.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ sales professionals with hands-on leadership.
• Maintain sales volume and customer relations while developing new products/customers.
• Set pricing policies and manage accounts receivable and credit risk.
• Oversee inventory levels, turnover and obsolete stock.
• Monitor branch costs and align with Head Office procedures.
• Conduct regular sales and product training meetings.
• Ensure goal achievement and adherence to company policies.
