Qualifications

• University degree; 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-branch distribution or construction and MRO distribution.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop budgets and plans.
• Strategic thinker with proven growth and profitability track record.
• Leads with integrity, develops teams, and builds trust across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of the management team; create a healthy environment for performance.
• Evaluate organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive P&L; ensure profitability and market growth for the division.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers; collaborate with Rexel Canada functions.
• Lead annual planning, coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, and other functions.
