The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch, including team leadership, training and coaching, operational workflow, and ensuring a welcoming and professional client experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining our shared values and supporting staff growth and development. It will be imperative to drive a positive and supportive culture, as this is at the forefront of who we are.
You are a relationship‑first leader with a strong Personal Lines background. You have depth in coverage knowledge and confidence in guiding others in quoting, advising, and navigating client needs.
