Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supply, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager in the Toronto area. You will oversee all aspects of the local retail location, lead a growing team, and partner with the Roofmart Sales Team to deliver world-class service to contractors and homeowners.

The role requires a college diploma or bachelor’s degree (Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and at least 5 years in warehouse/retail management or sales, with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5+ years of successful warehouse/retail management or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the local retail branch.
• Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team.
• Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers.
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.
