Roofmart Canada is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the local retail operation. You will mentor a core team, partner with the Roofmart Sales Team to support and grow relationships with existing customers and attract new ones. Strong leadership and sales experience are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the local retail branch
• Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
• Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products

Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel
