Job summary

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supplies, is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to help grow our business in Saskatoon. You will develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers, delivering tailored roofing solutions to contractors and builders while expanding our market share.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or 3+ years roofing sales.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in Canada; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Roofmart products.
• Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions for contractors, architects and customers.
• Define, build, implement and monitor Sales Plan, including strategies, targets, and priorities.
• Create action plans for defined sales targets and work with suppliers to execute plans.
• Educate customers and staff on products; manage product samples and educational stock levels.
• Manage customer payments and credit with credit managers, including collections and AR adjustments.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and managing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of Company products
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers
• Defining, building, implementing and monitoring Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets, and priorities
• Creating action plans for defined sales targets and working with our suppliers to execute the plans
• Educating customers and staff on products; managing customer sample & educational stock levels
• Managing customer payments & credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations, and AR adjustments within set rules

Qualifications

• College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel
