RBC in Ladysmith, Canada is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local market team and drive a memorable client experience across in-branch and community engagement. You will champion digital enablement, coach staff, and align with RBC values to grow sales, market share, and client satisfaction.

You will manage recruitment, development, and performance, collaborating with partners and local experts to deliver trusted advice and innovative banking solutions.

Qualifications

• LICENSING: Mutual funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) required.
• LICENSING: CSI branch management exam or ability to take it within 4 months of start.
• People management: minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for business acquisition and growth.
• Ability to enable digital channels and multichannel client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and support new client acquisitions through multiple channels, including your team and local partners.
• Lead change and allocate resources to meet community needs, growing sales, revenue, and market share.
• Ensure high employee engagement through recruiting, talent management, development, and career planning.
• Inspire and deliver retail excellence to provide memorable client experiences.
• Coach your team on client education, problem resolution, and digital usage.
• Address gaps identified through operational, credit, and compliance reviews.
