You will coach and recruit top talent, develop credit skills and manage portfolios while promoting RBC’s brand in the business community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment; familiarity with business client financing needs
• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities to create and sustain a high-performing team
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business and community networks
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (web meetings, social media, digital banking, mobile apps)

• Coach team to attract, grow and retain client relationships and introduce RBC partners and products
