Job summary

RBC is seeking a Branch Manager Advisor to balance hands-on client advisory with strong leadership of a branch team. The role focuses on growing retail performance, acquiring new clients, and deepening existing client relationships through a comprehensive Advice Experience across everyday banking, investments, and credit.

You will lead by example, coach your team, and drive engagement with clients inside and outside the branch while leveraging RBC’s digital tools to enhance self-serve options

Qualifications

• Mutual funds accreditation or CSC required.
• Branch Compliance Officer course completed or eligible to write within 4 months of start date.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for business acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional client experience through advice and RBC capabilities.
• Promote digital enablement while maintaining advisory excellence and omni-channel client interactions.
• Lead and coach team to meet client needs and drive growth in the branch.

Education

Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
