Money Mart in Prince Rupert seeks a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch success, stay hands-on with customer service, branch operations, coaching, sales targets, loan and credit product coaching, and strict cash controls in a fast-paced environment.

As a working-manager you will set a positive culture, develop team members, manage staffing, ensure compliance with KYC/AML rules, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and maintain branch appearance while delivering exceptional service and

Qualificações

• One or more years of experience in management or team leadership.
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, and evaluating candidates.
• Experience in sales, retail finance services, lending, or non-prime financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-quality customer sales experience by performing and overseeing customer transactions, answering questions, educating customers, and selling financial services/products.
• Drive branch sales targets by maximizing sales, reviewing performance, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and controlling expenses.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other services based on customer needs and company policies.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, repayment terms, and renewal options to customers using approved materials.
• Collect and verify customer information to process applications and ensure compliance and accuracy.
