Job summary

Scotiabank in Chelmsford, Ontario is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for a 30 hours/week contract. You will be the face and heart of our branches, providing exceptional service and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

You will identify customer needs, process day-to-day transactions, promote digital banking options, and contribute to branch targets in a friendly, collaborative environment. A flexible schedule is required, with training provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in simple sales situations.
