Job summary

BBA Consultants, based in Quebec City, is seeking an Advisor, Talent Acquisition to drive talent attraction and acquisition across client groups. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams in a fast-paced environment and lead the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience and brand promotion.

The role requires eight years of talent acquisition experience and bilingual proficiency in English and French, with additional Spanish as an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, communications or a related field; at least eight years of talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of best practices for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle several files simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Advanced English skills to collaborate with other BBA offices and clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; English use may be daily.
• Advanced French skills to collaborate with other BBA offices and clients in Québec.
• Experience in corporate recruiting is a strong asset.
• Interest in technology is an asset.
• Intermediate Spanish skills to collaborate with BBA offices and clients in South America.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers using a collaborative, coaching-based approach
• Lead the entire recruitment process for client groups
• Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events and career fairs
• Maintain a network of candidates using various sourcing methods
• Maximize the use of LinkedIn Recruiter licences to identify passive candidates
• Use and optimize digital systems and technology platforms (e.g., ATS)
• Screen interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA
• Coordinate and hold interviews with managers with thorough follow-ups
• Analyze and recommend hiring conditions with HR partners and managers
• Prepare and present job offers
• Collaborate on assigned projects with team members
• Contribute to processes, tools, documentation and practices
• Participate in major firm projects and internal initiatives
• Foster an inclusive culture and professional development
