Lever, Inc. in Canada invites a Data Product Manager to lead enterprise data products enabling reporting, analytics, operational intelligence, and AI-powered workflows across the organization.

You will translate complex business needs into reusable data products, establish data domains and KPIs, and guide delivery from discovery through adoption in a highly collaborative, remote environment. The role emphasizes governance, experimentation, and cross-functional partner alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related data roles.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to set priorities and success metrics.
• Experience with AI, ML, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, BI, governance, and data concepts.
• Experience in rapid prototyping and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the data product roadmap with business leaders.
• Translate business objectives into reusable data products and capabilities.
• Define success measures linking delivery to business outcomes.
• Establish data domains, definitions, KPIs, data contracts, and glossary.
• Maintain enterprise data dictionary and governance.
• Promote data quality, lineage, governance, and sensitive data handling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Applied AI Engineers, and Business Systems.
• Support AI-augmented product development lifecycle with AI responsibly.
