Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Canada. The role centers on using data to guide product decisions, owns the product metrics framework, and collaborates with Product and Data teams across a distributed environment.

You will validate metrics, design experiments, and translate complex data into actionable insights to influence prioritization and growth initiatives. This fully remote role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability; applied to real-world analytical and product problems.
• Experience with MS SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, locked definitions and north-star alignment.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify data requirements for Data Engineering.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with Product leads to uncover insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to identify bottlenecks, conversion drop-offs, and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses with quantitative analysis; help prioritize problems by impact on KPIs.
• Design and analyze A/B tests; perform sample-size calculations and MDEs.
• Ensure correct experiment splits and report outcomes with guardrail metrics.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
• Maintain an organized archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify data-quality issues before decisions are made.
