Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone or email to take orders and support post-sale activities.
• Develop and share quotes for specified leads using standardized pricing tools.
• Process orders into the ERP after quote acceptance and follow up on quotes.
• Support account managers with administrative tasks.
• Track previous orders and pull data to inform account opportunities.
• Handle post-sale inquiries including invoicing, listing changes, file transfers, and Product iQ support.
