Job summary

ESC Corporate Services Ltd. in Etobicoke, Ontario seeks a Bilingual Recovery Representative I to manage recovery and disposition of financed assets while delivering a positive client experience.

You'll handle file management, coordination with external partners, and ensure compliance with processes and provincial regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring timelines, responding to inquiries, and processing recovery-related invoices, with an emphasis on accuracy, communication, and attention

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in French & English.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or asset recovery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communications with professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage recovery files to meet obligations, timelines, and standards.
• Coordinate with bailiffs, auctions, towing firms, and skip tracers.
• Respond to inquiries including voluntary surrenders and redemptions.
• Review and approve recovery-related supplier invoices within limits.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure compliance.
