A leading Canadian digital automotive solutions provider is seeking a Recovery Agent to manage the repossession and liquidation of assets, ensuring client requests are met efficiently. The ideal candidate has a background in credit and collections and must be bilingual in French and English. This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $50,000 – $54,000, along with various employee benefits including gym discounts and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in credit and collection or financial services industry.
• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Previous repossession services experience including skip tracing is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain in repossession and liquidation of movable assets.
• Provide value-based recommendations to clients and ensure requests are handled accurately.
• Investigate assigned accounts and verify documents.
• Create and maintain customer files ensuring accuracy.
• Guide clients through the redemption process.
