Vision Group is seeking a Patient Growth Specialist to drive outbound outreach, converting marketing leads into consultations and retaining patients at risk of disengagement. Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of outbound sales or patient outreach experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact new leads, existing patients, inactive patients, and consultation opportunities via outbound calls and digital channels.
• Convert leads into booked consultations by building trust and addressing patient needs.
• Execute retention and reactivation strategies to reduce cancellations and preserve revenue.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, abandoned consultations, and growth opportunities.
• Meet goals related to bookings, conversion rates, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Educate patients on procedures and treatment options while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain patient records and CRM notes accurately.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Patient Care teams to support growth initiatives.
