Vision Group seeks a bilingual Customer Service & Appointment Booking Representative – Remote (English, French and/or Spanish). You will handle calls and chats, guide patients through their journey, and book consultations while achieving clear performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Six months experience in customer service or call centre with measurable targets.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and chats in a fast-paced environment.
• Use consultative approach to understand patient needs and guide services.
• Follow up with prospects to convert interest into booked consultations.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments and optimize clinic schedules.
• Meet individual booking, conversion, and follow-up targets while maintaining quality interactions.
• Update patient records in CRM and scheduling systems with accurate notes.
