UAP inc. is seeking a Sales Integration Specialist to build new customer relationships, protect existing ones, and maintain revenue during the transition period of newly acquired businesses.

The role involves collaborating with Store Managers, Account Development Specialists, Sales Directors, and regional leadership to identify at-risk accounts, ensure continuity of customer service, and meet or exceed sales forecasts from the acquisition plan.

Formación

• 3 years of B2B sales, account management, customer retention, or customer service experience.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, distribution, wholesale, or installer market.
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prioritize accounts based on revenue, strategic importance, and retention risk.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned market (25%).
• Bilingual in French and English for collaboration across Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Identify strategic, high-revenue, or at-risk accounts before and after acquisition closing.
• Develop and execute customer retention plans for stores, territories, and customer segments.
• Visit and solicit installers, wholesalers, and other customers to promote NAPA/UAP parts, programs, and services.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Account Development Specialists, Sales Directors, and District Management to ensure post-integration continuity.
• Track sales activities, ordering patterns, attrition, service issues, and performance against forecasts after transaction date.
• Ensure corrective actions based on customer trends.
• Identify growth opportunities within acquired customers to exceed targets.
• Participate in joint customer visits with sales management as needed.
