Job summary

PocketHealth delivers a patient-centric platform enabling hospitals across North America to share imaging records securely. We’re seeking a bilingual Patient Experience Representative (Spanish) to support patients in their care journey, in a fast-paced startup environment and remote setting.

You will provide timely Spanish/English support by phone and email, help patients access health records, and relay feedback to Engineering and Management to shape the platform’s future.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer service role with communication over phone and email.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST or 10am–6pm EST.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical support experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support, guidance around use and platform education to patients via email and phone.
• Be a key contact for patients accessing their health records and navigating the PocketHealth platform.
• Relay patient feedback to Management and Engineering to shape the platform’s future.
