Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Montreal is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to guide new and existing Corporate Traveller clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation and strong early adoption of Melon and related solutions.

You will coordinate with Sales and operations to deliver successful launches, drive technology adoption, and establish long-term customer success from day one. Bilingual French/English is required; travel industry knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bilingual French/English required due to dealing with both English and French clients and suppliers.
Experience in client onboarding, implementations, or project management preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
Familiarity with Concur onboarding and implementation advantageous.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to determine the most effective onboarding and implementation approach.
Manage onboarding projects from contract signing through go-live.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders for long-term retention.
Create and deliver customised training sessions to increase client engagement and adoption.
Act as the primary onboarding contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Gather and respond to customer feedback throughout onboarding.
Support onboarding within Concur and assist with technical configurations.
Monitor onboarding milestones and drive timely completion of activities.
