Job summary

Corporate Traveller is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager in Montreal to guide new and existing clients through onboarding, drive early adoption of Melon and related solutions, and collaborate with Sales and operations for successful launches.

You will lead training sessions, manage projects from contract to go-live, and act as the trusted onboarding contact while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French/English required due to dealings with English and French clients and team members.
• Experience in client onboarding, implementations, or project management is preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
• Strong client relationship and training capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding journeys and ensure smooth implementations.
• Manage onboarding projects from contract through go-live and adoption.
• Deliver customized training to boost engagement and adoption.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales and operations to ensure successful launches and retention.
• Support Concur onboarding and other technical configurations as needed.
