Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks an Onboarding Success Manager in Vancouver to guide new and existing Corporate Traveller clients through onboarding journeys. You will drive successful launches, adoption of Melon and related solutions, and coordinate with Sales and operations to ensure a seamless experience.

The role combines project management, client relationships, and training delivery. Relevant experience in onboarding, customer-facing roles, and familiarity with Concur is highly valued;

Qualifications

• Bilingual French/English required due to dealing with both English and French clients and suppliers.
• Experience in client onboarding, implementations, or project management (preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Wrike, Vidyard, and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience configuring HR Feeds, SSO, Duty of Care, or similar technical solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine the most effective onboarding and implementation approach.
• Manage onboarding projects from contract signing through successful go-live.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to support long-term retention.
• Deliver customised training sessions to increase client engagement and adoption.
• Act as primary onboarding contact and trusted advisor for clients.
• Gather and respond to customer feedback throughout onboarding.
