Job summary

Corporate Traveller is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager in Ottawa to guide clients through onboarding, drive early adoption of Melon and related solutions, and coordinate with Sales and operations for successful launches.

You will manage projects, deliver tailored training, and act as the primary onboarding contact, ensuring a smooth implementation and driving long-term customer success from day one.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French/English required due to dealing with both English and French clients and suppliers.
• Previous experience in a client onboarding, implementations, or project management is preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Familiarity with Concur onboarding and implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine the most effective onboarding and implementation approach.
• Manage onboarding projects from contract signing through successful go-live.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to support long-term retention.
• Create and deliver customised training sessions to increase client engagement and adoption.
• Act as the primary onboarding contact and trusted advisor for clients.
• Gather, analyse, and respond to customer feedback throughout onboarding.
