We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient support services for HCPs and patients, manage coverage inquiries, and ensure seamless program delivery across Canada.

Qualifications

Experience in Patient Support Programs is required.
RN/RPN licensure in good standing is required.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred).
Experience collaborating with physicians and insurers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform HCP and patient registration activities per program protocols.
Process data entry at points of contact during service delivery.
Provide answers to general inquiries about program services and disease states.
Educate patients and providers on diseases and therapies per program materials.
Attend extensive, specialized training sessions for therapies provided by the pharmaceutical team.
