Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with experience in healthcare is an asset.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required in Quebec.
• Experience with reimbursement billing and appeals is an asset.
• Ability to work from home in a quiet space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment and coordination of the Patient Support Program.
• Assist physicians, clinics, and patients with drug coverage and submissions.
• Maintain patient information in the CRM and track services.
• Ensure timely access to therapies and monitor program KPIs.
• Collaborate with insurers and providers to secure coverage.
