Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Field Nurse Case Managers / Nurse Care Navigators to lead the field-based nursing team across Canada. You will oversee clinic engagement, patient education, enrolment and reimbursement activities while ensuring adherence to program protocols and pharmacovigilance requirements.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with clinics and pharmacies, and address escalations to maintain high-quality patient support and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of their respective province.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in immunology, rheumatology, dermatology, or related areas.
• Experience in Patient Support Programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and operational support to Field Nurse Case Managers and Nurse Care Navigators.
• Conduct regular clinic visits to support and strengthen relationships with health care providers and clinics.
• Support in-clinic and remote patient education, enrolment support, and adherence activities.
• Ensure field team alignment with program protocols, policies, and client expectations.
• Act as escalation point for operational, clinical, and patient support issues.
• Foster collaboration with clinics, treatment centers, and internal stakeholders to improve service delivery.
