Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Level 1-2 IT Technician for a long-term contract in Brossard, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical support for corporate users, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and speak French and English fluently. Responsibilities include managing IT equipment, providing support for Office 365, and ensuring the functionality of workstations. This role requires flexibility for emergency calls and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for corporate users.
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and French.
• Must be available for emergency calls outside of office hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users and business partners.
• Diagnose, analyze, document, and resolve problems.
• Manage and optimize Apple mobile devices (iPads and iPhones).
• Provide support for Office 365 and Teams Rooms.
