Job summary

MNP is seeking an IT Support Technician to help empower our teams with reliable technology across Canada. You will support, configure, and maintain tools to ensure smooth IT operations, enabling colleagues to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Windows experience, bilingual English-French communication, and a proactive approach. Travel across Canada and occasional after-hours support may be required as part of a collaborative Technology - Support Services team.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or customer service.
• Proficient in Windows-based operating systems.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support team members daily in the use of technology tools, in person and remotely across Canada.
• Deploy, configure, and support key business applications, especially tax and accounting tools.
• Provide technical support for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Contribute to IT support standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Manage requests through ServiceNow and enrich knowledge base.
