Job summary

ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst for a contract-hybrid role in Laval, Quebec. You will help end users migrate to a new domain, maintain company software/hardware, and support Windows environments.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced IT team. Fluency in French and English is required; some evening/weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 education; post-secondary IT diploma/degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of related IT support experience.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 11 AD user/group administration.
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Experience with email administration (Exchange, O365) is an asset.
• Experience with VPN software is an asset.
• Bilingualism is required (French & English).

Responsibilities

• Process support requests and own incidents until resolved.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers.
• Install, configure and maintain peripherals and network hardware.
• Document configurations and operating standards.
• Implement and monitor security policies.
• Perform data backup and recovery.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Configure and troubleshoot corporate email (Exchange).
• Occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
• Participate in IT projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation.
