Job summary

JobsMedia.io is hiring a 100% bilingual Sales Broker to manage inbound requests for quotes and coverage in a hybrid/remote role across Canada. You will build trust with clients, respond to inquiries, and expand the pipeline by following up on referrals while maintaining up-to-date records.

You must hold a RIBO license (or OTL with commitment to acquire RIBO within 45 days) and have at least one year of hands-on insurance experience. Proficiency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English is required for all customer interactions.
• RIBO license or OTL license with plan to obtain RIBO within 45 days.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to regulatory detail.
• Experience in personal lines, auto, property, or marine insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking quotes or coverage expansion.
• Uncover customer needs and propose competitive insurance solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries in writing and by phone.
• Provide updated quotes and actively seek referrals to grow pipeline.
• Maintain accurate files and stay updated on underwriting guidelines.
