Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license is required and personal lines experience preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English is required for client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and organize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries with professionalism.
• Process policy changes accurately within internal systems.
• Provide guidance on coverage, billing, and policy details.
• Assess risks according to underwriting guidelines to ensure binding requirements.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Identify sales opportunities and support client retention goals.
• Prepare client correspondence and maintain accurate records.
