belairdirect is hiring Bilingual Associates, Sales and Customer Service to join our growing team in Montreal. If you enjoy helping customers and communicating clearly, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll advise on home and auto insurance options and guide clients through the process with empathy and professionalism. The role offers a hybrid work model, evening shifts and a structured training plan, with a chance for promotion after six months and a generous annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) required for regular service to English- and French-speaking clients.
• Customer-driven approach with ability to guide clients.
• Willingness to work evenings, Saturdays and statutory holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best possible insurance coverage by advising them throughout the process.
• Analyze customer needs, promote products and propose solutions.
• Help home and auto insurance customers choose from available options.
• Contribute to development and support of new initiatives.
