Job summary

belairdirect, part of Intact, is hiring bilingual Associates in Sales and Customer Service. The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Montreal and Sherbrooke and starts January 11, 2027. You’ll help Canadians protect their assets, provide clear insurance guidance, and grow with an accelerated career path and annual bonus program.

Training lasts three months with daytime hours, then evenings 40h/week. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong team spirit; able to work independently and with colleagues on projects.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; empathize with others.
• You must speak French; regular service to French-speaking clientele.
• Customer-driven approach; willingness to apply listening and advising skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong computer skills; work on multiple systems.
• Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance licence.
• No Canadian work experience required; eligible to work in Canada.
• Inbound call centre; willing to work evenings, Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in providing customers with the best possible insurance coverage by advising them throughout the process and answering questions about our products.
• Analyze customer needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative choices and solutions.
• Help home and auto insurance customers choose from the various insurance solutions offered.
• Contribute to the development of new initiatives and support their implementation.
