VEGA Instruments, Canada Ltd. is seeking an energetic Contact Management Associate to support our Outside Sales team. You will call prospects, qualify accounts, and schedule appointments to fuel territory growth.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, log interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales. The role offers flexible hours, onboarding mentoring, and a supportive team focused on growth in measurement technology.

Qualifikationen

• College Diploma or University Degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a preference for phone-based interactions.
• Willingness to learn and deepen expertise in measurement technology.
• Structured working method and sales aptitude.
• Excellent English; bilingual in French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Call 50+ contacts daily within A & B Accounts to drive new customer engagement.
• Research and qualify new customer accounts and key contacts.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments on behalf of Outside Sales to support territory growth.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism.
• Log customer interactions in the CRM and track progress.
• Engage in networking with Inside/Outside Sales and customers at events.
