Job description

Our Client, a major international Materials company with a facility in Concord, is looking for a bilingual (English-French) HR Generalist. Competitive pay, great team, non-union.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, be a people person with good attention to detail, and be capable of working independently, escalating issues only when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle.
  • Develop and manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with managers to support their HR needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
