Our Client, a major international Materials company with a facility in Concord, is looking for a bilingual (English-French) HR Generalist. Competitive pay, great team, non-union.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, be a people person with good attention to detail, and be capable of working independently, escalating issues only when necessary.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the full recruitment cycle.
  2. Develop and manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes.
  3. Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  5. Build strong relationships with managers to support their HR needs.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
