Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resource Assistant! This remote position involves supporting HR functions, assisting with onboarding, and enhancing our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
⦁ Maintain accurate staff records and support HR administration.
⦁ Answer employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
⦁ Collaborate with the team to streamline HR processes.
Skills and Experience Needed:
⦁ Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
⦁ Willingness to learn; prior experience is not required, but previous experience in HR is a plus.
Duration:
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week).
Pay:
