Qualifikationen

• 35 years of HR experience preferred, with consideration for earlier-career candidates who demonstrate strong potential.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; French bilingualism is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting HR operations in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or similar operational environments is an asset.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, absence management, and recruitment processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, answering HR questions and providing guidance on policies and processes.
• Support employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, absence management, and termination‑related inquiries.
• Coach managers through day‑to‑day people challenges, helping them navigate HR processes confidently.
• Provide recruitment support, including communicating with French‑speaking candidates and coordinating hiring activities in Quebec.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to manage incoming requests, prioritize needs, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Build strong working relationships across branches while supporting consistent HR practices across provinces.
