Job summary

Intact FC in Canada is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and transactional tasks. This is a temporary 8-month secondment/contract opportunity, with preferred work locations Montreal or Toronto, and the role supports a national footprint across Canada.

The candidate must be bilingual in French and English, have 1 year of recruitment coordination experience, and hold a HR‑focused degree or equivalent. Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French and English is required for nationwide interaction.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination.
• College or university degree with HR specialization or equivalent.
• Experience with Workday is a strong asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Eligible to work in Canada (no prior Canadian work experience required)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the recruitment process within SLA.
• Stay current on Talent Acquisition policies, practices and guidelines.
• Support team with Talent Acquisition and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate background checks, applying escalation guidelines to hires and changes.
• Ensure Workday workflows (Contact People) maintain data integrity.
