Beyond Bilingual Inc. in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations (HR) Specialist for a hybrid, full-time role with 3 days onsite weekly.

Base salary up to $85,000 CAD plus a 10% annual bonus, three weeks vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience supporting employee or workplace investigations is required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of Employee Relations experience.
• Experience handling performance-management matters, employee complaints, progressive discipline, written warnings, PIPs and terminations is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working independently, managing sensitive cases and maintaining a neutral approach with both employees and managers.
• Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights legislation, Health & Safety requirements and other applicable employment laws.
• Hands-on experience interpreting HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Experience handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution and sensitive workplace situations.
