Qualifications

• Must-have Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or ability to obtain it.
• Bilingual in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients via inbound calls.
• Ensure a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
