Qualifications

• Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers or willingness to obtain it and the General Insurance License for Ontario (training offered by RBC).
• Bilingualism (English and French) required for regular client service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build relationships and connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operation hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–20:30).
• Digital literacy across devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients via inbound calls.
• Maintain a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
• Demonstrate regulatory understanding when underwriting Home & Auto policies.
• Leverage procedures to ensure seamless conversations and recommendations.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to act as one RBC team.
