Job summary

RBC Insurance in Montréal, QC is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto. You will provide insurance advice and options to clients over inbound calls, helping them protect what matters while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will assess client needs, explain products, maintain strong relationships with partners, and support team sales goals. The role requires the Quebec damages certificate or willingness to obtain it and bilingual service.

Qualifications

• Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or ability to obtain it.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00am–8:30pm).
• Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Maintain a consistent, positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting/updating home & auto policies.
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
