Job summary

RBC Insurance in Montréal is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide insurance advice and options over the phone, helping clients protect what matters to them. You’re empathetic, helpful, and deliver clear, upfront guidance for clients.

You will build relationships, assess client needs, and work with RBC partners to meet personal and team sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Quebec Damages Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain it plus the General Insurance License for Ontario and other provinces.
• Bilingual English and French required for regular client interactions.
• Exceptional customer service with strong relationship skills.
• Flexible to work all shifts within operation hours (Mon-Fri 8:00–20:30).
• Digital literacy across devices and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on needs through inbound calls.
• Deliver a consistently positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to demonstrate value.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home and auto policies.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to work as one team.
