Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto in Montréal. You will provide empathetic, clear insurance advice over inbound calls, helping clients protect what matters most. You will assess needs, explain options, and support clients with policy updates while upholding regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client experiences, building relationships, and collaborating with internal partners to drive personalized insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required to serve clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Flexibility to work all shifts within hours of operation; Home & Auto Advice Centre hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–8:30pm.
• Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Possession or willingness to obtain required insurance certificates/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
• Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete needs assessments using tools/calculators to support advice.
• Understand regulatory risk when underwriting Home & Auto policies.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
