Job summary

RBC Insurance in Montréal is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide empathetic, upfront insurance advice to clients over the phone. You will help protect what matters most by recommending personal home and auto solutions and referring clients to internal partners.

You’ll conduct needs assessments, maintain relationships with partners, and support sales goals through proactive guidance and excellent service.

• Utilize needs assessments and tools to inform advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls.
• Exhibit a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first point of contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to support recommendations.
• Demonstrate understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting home & auto policies.
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients.
