RBC in Montréal seeks an experienced Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide trusted guidance to clients over the phone and help protect what matters most. You will assess client needs, present suitable coverages, and maintain strong relationships with RBC partners.

As a bilingual professional, you will navigate regulatory requirements, support clients across English and French, and contribute to team sales goals with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Quebec AMF damages insurance certificate and Ontario OTIR license

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients via inbound calls
• Deliver a consistent positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools and calculators to demonstrate value
• Understand regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home & auto policies
• Use procedures effectively during conversations with clients
• Maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
