Maple is hiring a Bilingual Client Success Manager (French/English) to join our Direct Partnerships team. You will manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and drive renewals, expansion, and retention while leading programs from onboarding to ongoing success.

You will communicate in both French and English, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support, and partner with Client Success leadership to grow a high-impact book of business.

Competenze

• 4–6+ years of client-facing experience in Client Success, Account Management or Sales.

Mansioni

• Lead onboarding and program launches with a client-first mindset.
